On March 17, 2015 First Savings Bank Northwest unleashed Falcon, our new Fraud Alert System. With Falcon, all ATM, Point of Sale, or Signature transactions completed will be scanned to determine if there are any possible cases of fraud happening on an account. If a transaction meets any of the specific risk criteria in Falcon’s network, it can be reviewed more in-depth by a Fraud Analyst. Peace of mind; FSBNW is looking out for you.
